We had a blocked sewer line which Neal and Taylor Turner tried to clear but correctly identified the problem as in the city's portion of the line. Their charge was quite reasonable. The city workers came out quickly and unblocked their line. But two toilets developed leaks around the base. Taylor came back out to fix the repair that a friend had tried unsuccessfully to make. He efficiently fixed what could have been very costly repair. His charge was very fair again considering the time and work involved. Very satisfied!

Air conditioning went out. Don answered my call and came and fixed the problem very quickly. Bad fan motor was replaced (he had one on his truck!) quickly and we had cool air in no time. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would use them any time for heating and air and plumbing. They replaced my water heater 2 years ago - did an excellent job then, too.

They worked on our ac unit and we didn't even put in a work order for it. We've been without an AC for 5 days in 100+ degree heat. It was their mistake!!

Blake also let us know about some preemptive steps we could take to get ahead of any other issues that may be going on. With a newborn baby it was very important that our water appliances are in working order and they were here next morning to fix the issue when we called late afternoon. Thank you!

We checked a big project off our list this week. It's one of those projects that you don't really want to have to do - a new sewer line. Houston Mechanical got it done with minimal damage to the yard. There was an additional challenge of moving the deck to put in the new line and they got it moved and put back better than before!

Mike E with Comfort Masters Plumbing came in response to my call concerning two leaky outside faucets at my mother’s residence. Mike was punctual and courteous. He explained what needed to be done before the repair and repaired both faucets. The cost for repair was reasonable. Because of Mike’s friendliness and professionalism, we will call Comfort Masters for our plumbing needs.

Not dependable at all. A/C issues, four weeks ago and after 1 visit narrowed down problem. Supposed to return, after 2 weeks and 4 phone calls still no response. I called again today and Cindy told me I was welcome to find someone else if I wished to!!. Customer service is a big zero and not deserving of anyone’s business.

Called another company, Brad LaSalle of AC Tech services responded within 2 hours, confirmed problem and will have a/c in the morning. That’s a respectable way to conduct a business and I highly recommend him

These people settled for $1,200 and when we gave them the credit card info they charged $1,701.25. This is fraud. They are crooks. Do not use their services. Over priced for one and inflate your bill. Criminals!!!
