Best Emergency Plumbing Repair in Lubbock TX

I contacted this fine company to help my daughter with hot water problem. Im 8 hours away and don’t know any plumber in Lubbock. I’m telling you these people are some of the best people I have ever had the privilege to talk with. Very professional, honest, God fearing people. They came and fixed her problem quickly. I can’t thank them enough. Great people

My family has been using lowreys for many years. Had many issues addressed. This last interaction with them, has us rethinking whom we choose as our plumbers. We’ve had them hours late showing up, or unable to give an appointment time (which is hard when everyone in the home works) plus not showing up for a scheduled meeting at all. Professionalism is lacking with some of the employees as well.

Spent almost $700 and the tub faucet still leaks. The man who came today was belittling ....do you have a plumbing license? Will never use this company again.

Now, the bathroom faucet handle came off. They did not even put the faucet handle on correctly. The drain stopper assembly was also not installed properly - It appears to be forced in and I can not take it out for cleaning (Yes, I took off the retaining nut). I would give a negative if I could. Still, very angry about the poor quality of workmanship and how rude the men were.

I have always had a great experience with the staff and plumbers with Churchwell. We have needed them a few times and they always provide great service and are reasonable.
