My technician was on top of things. He got old water heater drained while going to pick up new one and had it installed and working in short order. We have used Armstrong for years and always get quick reliable service with a smile!

This is a fantastic company. Stephen Collin was excellent. He took photos and the time to explain option to me. He was professional as well as personable. I will be requesting him personally on future calls.

Initially, I bought a Groupon for my mom's heater and air conditioning to be tuned up. When the guy gets to my mom's, he informed me that her heater was not working, so he couldn't tune it. So, I ask him how much it would be to fix it and he says that it was about 300. I told him to go ahead and fix it, and he said he did. About a month later the heater isn't working, so I call to have them go check it. I was told it was back up and running and that the unit needed to be cleaned. So, I paid about $183 to get him to clean out the unit. I asked him if I needed to get the air conditioner checked and he said he checked it and It was running fine. Two weeks later, I go to my mother's house and it is hot...i turn on the air conditioner and all I hear is homing and there is no air. Call Gibson again, and was told that they did the work they had said they did and that they have pictures to prove it...i asked to see these pictures and he proceeded to tell me that he already deleted them. Now, he's telling me it will be about another 300 to fix...so, I'm calling someone else and just going to place this review here so that others can avoid them before spending so much for nothing.

So impressed with how professional these guys were. They called before they came, came when they said they would, and when I told them that my toddler was asleep in the room next to the bathroom they were working on they both literally whispered through the entire job so that she wouldn't wake up--I appreciate that SO MUCH!

My water heater went out and was leaking everywhere, and I needed help fast. The leak was causing issues with the electrical of the house, as well, shorting out connections and all that. I live in a manufactured house, so there was also a fear that the leak would damage the floor and cause it to rot out in that area. I called them at 2pm and they agreed to meet me at my house at 4. Since I had already bought a water heater at Lowe's, they were able to remove the old one, install the new one, and replace the piping to the new heater in just a couple of hours. Jessie was very friendly, professional, upfront, and honest with me about the price and timeline of the whole process. Will use again, especially since he does work on manufactured homes, which is something that's surprisingly hard to find.

These guys were great! I busted my outdoor faucet and got it temporarily fixed. I still had a leak so I called them up after a recommendation on my HOAs Facebook page. They answered immediately and asked if I wanted them to come out that evening (Friday). I let them know it could wait until Monday and sure enough they called me as soon as they were headed to my house. I was out of town but they assured me they could take a look and wait until I got there. They quickly identified the issue and had it fixed up just as I pulled up to the house. Great service, very professional and kind and they charged a reasonable rate! I will definitely use them in the future for any other plumbing issues. Thanks!

I had a septic tank backing up Johnson Pumping got out here and got everything back up and running quickly. The price was fair, and the service was great. I will be calling them again in 3 years to avoid another backup.

**update.A part on our ac went out on a Thursday evening and by Friday at 1, we were back in business. Great customer service, quick response, knowledgeable and professional. This company is the best and always our go to for hvac and septic services.
