Tommy was great. I've never been on a septic system before so he told me tips and tricks on how to keep it running smoothly. The pumping service itself was fast. He then offered me enzymes as well to flush into the system once a month to break down stuff in the tank. Excellent service all around.

The gas company detected a gas leak on my property and called A-1. Mike came right out and in 2 trips figured out where the leak was. He established a temporary line to maintain service to water heater, then the next week , a crew came and tied my system back together. There were no unnecessary piping done, which saved me money.

Recently, while the employee couldn't get out the same day for a repair issue, he called us after hours to both offer to come out after hours, as well as ensure we had a working bathroom. They were at our house the next morning. Tully has integrity himself, and his company stands behind their repair work. Wouldn't use anyone else.
