I don't guess that Parker thinks people work and have plans such that at 45 minutes to arrival, we can just rearrange. This isn't the first instance either. The first time they came out, they didn't even call and I took the day off from work because the appointment was right in the middle of mid day. I had to call and reschedule....I think they must not want business.
