My elderly mother called this company about a leaky toilet. They told her she needed a whole new toilet and valve and it would be $1500. She called me and I told her to wait, and I would send out a plumber we use for a second opinion. The other plumber fixed her toilet for $200. Shame on them for trying to take advantage of an elderly woman in poor health!

When my garage door wouldn’t open, I needed it repaired quickly and Jess answered my call and promptly had Freddy Thomas at my door in just about an hour. He was able to replace a broken gear drive in about an hour and was on his way. His knowledge and efficiency were top notch-and his level of professionalism and courtesy are not often found, especially in the current climate. I HIGHLY recommend Absolute Services!

AWESOME! We had a tshirt get sucked into our pipes for our pool and clog the entire system (don't ask...). These guys (specifically Billy and Stanley) came out within hours the SAME DAY to help us. Billy literally spent all day working on this for us to make sure we had our pool for the holiday weekend. Talk about dedicated! We are super pleased and know exactly who we will call when we need help in the future. (not with a t shirt though...those are banned from the pool area! haha)
