Well, Kelly not only talked me through it, told me what to do to get the heat going, but he checked back on us via text later that day and the next day. There are many other plumbing companies that treat customers so much better and with respect to a customer. See their REVIEWS on Yelp and BBB as there are more complaints on this company. If I had seen those first I would have never even wanted to use this company. The company was so rude to me that they yelled at me that if I wanted their service I would have to wait sometime next week. Do yourself a favor and call another company.
