Best Preventive Maintenance in Louisville KY

Absolute services did a great job fixing up my broken spring on my garage door. They were punctual and helpful in explaining the problem.The only reason why I docked them is due to pricing. If you’re going with them you will be paying on the highest end of the spectrum. I’m lucky that home warranty reimbursement me, but if not they were roughly 50% higher for the same repair than I was quote by a different contractor. If it wasn’t for my home warranty telling me they will cover the expense I would’ve gone with a different contractor to save some money.Oh and I know some people love it, but they took down previous stickers on my door and replaced with theirs (makes sense they serviced it last) and then placed a big old sticker on my garage door opener (which they didn’t service) and now it’s less aesthetically pleasing so I have to take it down.

Jeff and Ryan were on time and done quickly! I know nothing about furnaces and they were able to explain things in a way I could understand. They were friendly and not pushy when suggesting a solution

Shawn was good. Knew what he was doing. Patient. I had to have a wire run from one outlet to the next that was not functional. Good results. Highly recommend. Plan to use them for a more challenging high end cooking range.
