The technician came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, returning the next day to install a new faucet. They were so accommodating when it turned out the faucet I had purchased was faulty, scheduling a new time to come out free of charge even when they were already at my house. Both technicians were extremely polite and nice, going above and beyond to make sure all of my problems were fixed. Would highly recommend!

I was hearing what sounded like running water under my house. Went under the house to see what’s going on, I had a leak coming from a copper pipe I could not reach or get too. Called a few plumbers and they had a wait for days. It was a Friday afternoon and Griffin came Monday afternoon. Kevin the plumber was professional and fixed my leak within 3 hours.

Cost was reasonable, great service and they’re local which is another plus.

Honest, dependable, and very affordable! This just goes to show that good businesses and people do still exist in today’s society. What a great company!!!

Charged $100 for 1st hour $80 after that. Ran a snake through a drain pipe and it seemed unclogged. That took them 40 minutes and they just charged me the $100 which seemed fair, but they had accidentally knocked a pipe loose which made water drain under the house for days until I noticed the smell. NOT HAPPY.
