My washing machine was backing up into the basement and I couldn't figure out why, HomeServe sent Davis and Davis out and Blake was great. He fixed the problem and I can do LAUNDRY again! Yeah!!

That sounds like I am exaggerating, but I am not!! I can not even begin to explain the issues I had with my nearly 50 year old water heater (it wasn't 50 but close!) It was so dangerous and after talking to plumber after plumber and being told I was being ridiculous or treated like I was stupid. I was so terrified every time I heard it rattle or watched it shake. Living without hot water for almost 2 weeks... I have been terrified to be in my own home and to have someone actually verify that I was not as stupid as other plumbers led me to believe. He really relieved a lot of my anxieties and again... literally saved mine and my child's life from carbon monoxide poisoning and who knows what else with a broken gas valve?

This is the best plumbing company in this city!! We had a plumbing issue that 2 companies could not figure out! Rowan H master plumber came and within 20 minutes he had the problem figured out! Price was $99 when we initially thought we would have to pay between $ 800-1200.00. Whew! We are so thankful for the knowledge and expertise that Rowan H.has and shown in our behalf. We will be a customer for life. Will definitely spread the word.
