I called Bryant for a second opinion since the first prospective contractor misdiagnosed.Billy worked with us on the quote and financing phase. He was very professional, honest, and understanding of our situation. He was able to respond to all my questions and requests promptly when my homeowners insurance was involved as well. Our new a/c install was scheduled asap, was up and running within a day and with zero stress or worries.There were two installers that were here the day of install. I do not remember their names, but they were also very professional, early, and got the job done in around 4 hours. 6 months later, my a/c has been fantastic. Even in 100 degree weather it has been able to keep the house down to 68 degrees.
