When I mentioned that under Kentucky law their advertising might be considered a classic Bait and Switch case the tech then called the owner who then told them to not worry about collecting the fee and then left.As of this posting, they still have an online coupon entitled:After Hours: $175 Sewer/Main Line Camera InspectionNot a proposal, or quote or estimatebut an Inspection. A full Inspection.A “bait and switch” takes place when a seller creates an appealing but ingenuine offer to sell a product or service, which the seller does not actually intend to sell. ... A “bait and switch” is also a violation of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.Disingenuous & misleading for sure.And likely illegal.Caveat emptor !!!

Installation of outlets and can light electrical connections were made in a timely fashion at the agreed upon price. A work was professional completed.

Provided on site estimate within 3 days of inquiry. Knowledgeable technician. Was told work could be scheduled and completed within one week or less. I am still debating which company to use.

The service tech did some warranty work on my toilet that had a leak, they replaced a ring ,seems to be just like new .
