I had my water heater replaced and brought up to code. I thought it was expensive when I got the estimate, so I got a second estimate for peace of mind and they were very close, but the warranty I got was 10 yrs on Tank, parts, and Labor so I went with Tom Drexler. Jonathan was clean cut, very polite and great at explaining what he was doing....and I kept him busy with questions. I was even more delighted when I found out he was in the National Guard. Great Kid and a great job too!!Very happy with my choice, THANKS 😊

From start to finish, our experience with Maeser was phenomenal! Their customer service personnel was helpful, and informative when we called to schedule an appointment. Our Service Technician, Codey, was amazing! His knowledge, expertise and personal relation skills were on point. We are very appreciative of his honesty and guidance on what we needed to do to continue keeping our heating and air up and running!! All of this AND same day service... hard to come by now days!!

Called 1 week and 3 days ago for an appointment on a Monday for a clogged drain. Received several texts they were coming today (Monday) and I confirmed. No one ever called me to give me an idea of when they would be coming. I called two times 8:30 and 11:30 to ask for a window of time so I was not waiting all day for them. I was told they were still working on the schedule. It is 315pm and I still have not heard from them. They are inconsiderate of my time. I would not use.
