My elderly mother called this company about a leaky toilet. They told her she needed a whole new toilet and valve and it would be $1500. She called me and I told her to wait, and I would send out a plumber we use for a second opinion. The other plumber fixed her toilet for $200. Shame on them for trying to take advantage of an elderly woman in poor health!
