When I called to ask someone to come out and fix the problem they created, I was told I would have to pay another $150. Even though I had proof that our water bill doubled after the plumber left, there was no way for me to know there was a leak before he left. Call me crazy but I don't go around putting food coloring in my toilet all the time. The service tech said it was fixed so I mistakenly believed him. I will never use them again and I will never advise anyone to use this company.
