Friday night our basement sump pump and kitchen sink stopped cooperating. Husband bailed rising sink water all night. He called another local plumber who he knows through a business referral group. No call back. We called Griffin, call back in 15 minutes and a plumber was here within the hour. Did I mention I’m having 14 people for dinner tonight? And family tomorrow for Easter dinner? Exceptional service, reasonable pricing.

I understand that sometimes mistakes are made but what matters is how the company fixes them and Plumb Right is refusing to fix their mistake. We have gone with this company for 3 years, they are a small company and we wanted to support them but that has come to an end.

Also, very strange you’re publicly sharing your customer’s appointment for everyone to see. I’d advice calling them with appointment info!!! Google’s not the appropriate place.

I called first thing in the morning because I was smelling a burning smell. Eric came out first and found my water heater wires burning. He was personable, quick, and professional the entire time. He contacted a gentleman named Mike who could look at the water heater. He was at my home in less than 30 minutes to diagnose the issue. Mike was extremely personable and professional as well. He explained the issue throughly and fixed the exact issue that was needing to be fixed. I am extremely satisfied with the services provided.

It's never fun to have to pay for plumbing problems, but Mike at Scroggins Plumbing made it an enjoyable experience. He was a very nice guy, told me exactly what was wrong and what my options were, and did not try to push any higher priced options other than what I needed. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and was in and out in no time.
