Called to set up a appointment for a drain blockage was asked if I was the owner in 2008 told the lady in the call center no ask what the problem was then because it may be the same issue now,was told they couldn't tell me? Really so is it just me or would it be helpful to pass that information on so that the technician could look to see if it was could save time and money I feel like by not tell me they want to start knew and charge charge charge for something they may already know the awnser to.
