Best Faucet Installation in Louisville KY

Our apartment community in Jeffersonville has used Summers for several years. They are always quick to respond and help us out. They help us maintain excellent customer service to our residents. Affordable and dependable ! We plan on using them for years to come.

TSP we're great people to work with. I had a leak in my line going to the house and had to turn water off at the meter every time we flushed or showered, what a pain. Even though it was New Years Eve, Jim and Darrell came out in the afternoon and dug that line up and repaired the leak. I had a great time with those two guys they were a lot of fun and I couldn't believe they would do that. I thought the price was reasonable too they kept me from having to manually shut off the water during that 4-day weekend and we really appreciate it. Our thanks to Jim, Darrell, Mark, Kim and everybody else I dealt with.

They tell you upfront they charge a service call fee which I am fine with as it applies towards your total what they don't tell you is their fees are 3-4 times that of any other plumber so basically you either pay the fee and say adios or pay the fee and let them do the job at an outrageous price. Not sure they really know wth they are doing tbh. Just call another plumber and save yourself

Cooper is one of the kindest, humblest, smartest people I have ever met. His knowledge and dedication to his craft is inspiring and I am so grateful to him as a person and a plumber. In 2020 I bought a 100 year old brick building with the hopes of renovating it into my live/work space. After getting into it I realized just how much work the building needed. I couldn't have done it without Coopers help. He cared just as much about the building as I did and project after project I am happy to say the building is running like new! I couldn't recommend Cooper's Plumbing more highly!

Mark and his team were recommended to me by a coworker. Had a pipe burst because of the extreme weather recently and needed it taken care of asap. I spoke to Mark on the phone, and he was very helpful with getting me scheduled for an appointment. I also really appreciated his honesty. He let me know about fees up front, best & worst-case scenario, which I really appreciated. The problem was fixed in a timely manner, and we are back up and running.

Situations like a pipe bursting can be so stressful, but I'm glad to know there is a local small business I can call in the future and be taken care of.

The experience with them, from start to finish, was absolutely terrible. At one point, they abandoned a vanity on the front yard when a thunderstorm was coming which had to be moved to the back by us. Furthermore, two months after they've installed a new floor in this bathroom with the vanity, it now has a crack running completely all the way across the vanity, which is likely indicative that the floor was not properly installed. I would not recommend. If they do not have the capacity to do such a big job, they should not have bid it in the first place.
