Brand new Furnace , AC and Water Heater....replacing all 20+ year old equipment. The service and sales team were phenomenal. Professional, timely and did what they said they were going to do plus more! Replaced our entire system on the hottest day of the year without impacting our comfort level at all. Highly Recommend KCC to anyone in need....great job!!

Plumbing truck sat in our very small neighborhood at a stop sign for over an hour with no work at any of our houses! Very strange and seemed highly shady! I would be cautious with this company something doesn’t add up. No reason to block the street and be in a residential area with no active jobs.

I worked with Doug who was very friendly and personable on the phone ... he and another man were at my house at 10:00 AM the following day. They were funny and kind but also completely professional. They fixed my garbage disposal within minutes and the charge was EXTREMELY fair. No service call charge at all. Durbin will be my first and only call in the future.

Bill and his team really took good care of us today. They installed two gas lines through our hundred year old 14 inch thick walls in 95 degree heat without complaint.
