Had a great experience Perfect Flow Plumbing in our home today. These folks are very responsive, showed up when they said they would and the workmanship was excellent

Jacob has been a real good person to work with from united plumbing. He really does the job well and provides excellent service. I got my shower drain fixed and also my water heater through him. Will call him again if anything related to water breaks!

Service was as expected and both of the service men were polite and good workers. When we called we were told there was a $10 fuel charge which was fine but then once here we were told there was a $100 extra charge because it was Black Friday. This was a little underhanded since they could’ve let us know that along with the fuel charge. We also were charged extra for parts they didn’t have with them because they had to “open” the store to get them. My husband works for Ferguson and said he’d go get them but was told they can only get them from their store…whatever. I didn’t mark good quality because it’s only been a few hours, things go wrong a little later normally.Workers were great though!!!

Had screwed up some things trying to install an add on for my toilet. Water everywhere, things not fitting together, big mess. Ron and his employees came out and got it all straightened out, attached the add on, no leaks. Almost a year later everything working perfectly. Very thankful for people who know what they are doing!

Fast service and very good work. The two plumbers were very courteous and nice. I would recommend Onsite too everyone.

Vendor was contacted through my insurance policy company. Upon arrival, they would not put their mask over their nose despite rising COVID cases in the area. My suggestion is to look into other types of masks where they feel they can breath while still protecting others. Did not complete service as I would not let them into my house without proper mask wearing.

The plumber who came to my apartment got the job done but while he was there he threatened to kick my cat and he also was using swear words in front of my girl friend's grandmother. He was very unprofessional.
