KCC was awesome! We just bought a house and weren’t thrilled with our laundry being in the basement, so KCC helped with our solution. With only a vague idea of where we wanted to the new hook up. Pros: came out same day, friendly tech.

Con: pricing. I was given a verbal estimate of between 500-550$. But somehow the compressor broke itself, and as a result, they charged me for more hours of labor and it ended up being over $700. As a consumer, I was forced to believe that my AC unit, which functioned fine when the tech got there, somehow broke itself while he was working on it. I expected that the company would stick to their initial estimate, but I was wrong. That was a big disappointment.

I was wary when I did not initially receive a written estimate. I think Louisville mechanical would be better served to supply written estimates and to keep the customer updated, as clearly and concretely as possible, if there are any price increases. That would keep an unfortunate situation such as this one from repeating itself in the future.

I called with a faucet issue and instead of getting my number and telling he would call later, he helped diagnose the problem over the phone and I was able to fix it. Dan Brown is definitely an honest guy and I will for sure be using him in the future.

I have used Arter Plumbing for a number of years. They saved us with an after hours repair right before a dinner party, replaced sewer line in my backyard, and just replaced a water heater. They have always been polite, professional, considerate and affordable. They price for the sewer line work was half of what Roto Rooter wanted.

These guys are terrific.
