Best Faucet Installation in Louisville KY

They were recommended to me from a friend, I called and he told me he could come later that day. He called to let me know he was on the way. Got here and went right to the problem, I had two toilets that were not working and the third was clunking real loud when it flushed. I now have three working toilets that you can’t even hear them hardly when flushed. He also looked at my hot water heater because I was hearing a drip sound. Did not charge me for assessing that issue. He did recommend replacing the hot water heater because it is 15 years old and it is upstairs. So they will be replacing the hot water heater and any other plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend them. Did not break the bank either!

Heating & Cooling side of the company: The techs were very nice people but I wouldn’t use this company for a duct cleaning service again as I was unsatisfied with the amount to dust and debris I had to clean up after them.Plumbing side of company: Had a great experience with the plumber who came out and he fixed our issues fast and we haven’t had any trouble since! 100% recommend for plumbing issues.

Kevin was amazing. He fixed our dishwasher line and made sure there was no leaks. Great job and so polite.

Plumbing truck sat in our very small neighborhood at a stop sign for over an hour with no work at any of our houses! Very strange and seemed highly shady! I would be cautious with this company something doesn’t add up. No reason to block the street and be in a residential area with no active jobs.

My technician was Lewis. He was friendly, professional and efficient. I called first thing in the morning for an emergency situation. Spoke directly with the owner. He was kind and informative. He even suggested I get on multiple wait lists, to be safe, since it was an emergency situation. After calling multiple companies, they were still the first to show (within an hour). They are informative and transparent with their pricing and process. Would definitely call them again in the future.

As you can see I’ve alread written a negative review in this company. I would just like to point out that almost all the reviews had the same complaints as I & were addressed the same exact way. Excuses, excuses &
more excuses. Some are very similar excuses at that?? The owner is a hot head & the receptionist / scheduler is sub par at best. I’m sure the warranty company keeps you on because you’re cheap, period. There’s no excuse to
Leave people hanging & not even have enough respect to call & reschedule. If you do your jobs properly you wouldn’t have to apologize nor make excuses. Wouldn’t that be nice?

Called three other plumbers and got no answer during business hours. Kinman plumbing and Darrell specifically helped us out when our ceiling was collapsing due to a leaky pipe. Prompt and professional. Definitely recommend this business.

Service tech I think his name was Melvin, was excellent. He was very thorough, polite and courteous through out his diagnostics and stayed around to verify his repair...Even took the time to correctly set my time and date on thermostat. I would highly recommend him and would request him to come back if another problem were to arise. Thank you very much
