I am disappointed. My hot water is not working 3 days from the day that Joshu came out. He gave me an estimate on the service before he arrive from the last time he came out in November. Once you change out the Gas manifold (if under warranty): Remove parts and install new parts provided by the manufacturer if they cover the parts under warranty. When I called to schedule the appointment the scheduler told me that the part was cover under warranty. On the day of service Joshu and another man came in to service the tank without the gas manifold that he said I need to fix the problem. He never order the part and came an still didn't fix the problem.Told me that I need to change out the entire unit.

I’ve been waiting for a month for a quote on a new system. They sent a technician out, who was great, but I’m now had to text, email, and call 4 times and still can’t get a quote from them. I’d go elsewhere if you’re looking for timely service

Service tech came out to fix my water heater, which was not lighting up because of moisture from rain, said that there are too many issue (really did not name any) and then suggested replacing the water heater as it is too old. It is about 5 years old only. He left without fixing the problem. Wasted my Twitter me and his. Really poor experience!

I just had noticed that your state licenses had been suspended. It appears now they have been reinstated. You may see it as harassment, I see it as reminding you of the condition of your state license. Some contractors don't check the status of their license often enough to know.

We called A-1 Total Service Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon for an emergency repair of the water main line and it was quickly fixed.

The next day, on a Sunday evening, we had issues turning the water back on and A-1 promptly dispatched another technician, at 10 PM, who made sure that we had service reestablished.

Everybody that we dealt with was competent, professional, and responsive; most importantly, the repair was completed in a short time.

This company deserves an A-1 rating!

Wow are they amazing we had some major sewer line issues and we needed a hydro jetting service and the install and replacement of a bad water heater. These guys came in quick in no time and fixed our issues and we even had them come out to our other house for plumbing issues in Los Angeles and they did not even charge us for it wow thanks Frank for your help

Our central ac stopped working the Friday night of labor day weekend during a110+° heatwave. Victor squeezed us in on Saturday and got the problem fixed quickly and affordably. He and his associate were friendly, professional, and respectful (especially notable in this time of covid). Could not recommend this company more.

On May 25, 2018 I asked Arie Plumbing (Derfla Corp.) to do 3 simple plumbing tasks: Replace an 80 year old outside faucet that no longer functioned, fix a bathroom sink faucet that was leaking, and replace a toilet flusher that no longer worked properly. Each simple task should have taken about 10 minutes apiece. When the plumber arrived, he started with the outside faucet and immediately broke the pipe leading up to the faucet. Now he had to fix a significant length of pipe as well as the faucet. What would have been a 10 minute task turned into a 90 minute job. Which Arie charged me for, even though it wasn't my fault the pipe broke.
The other 2 tasks actually took about 10 minutes each. However, four days after the bathroom faucet was fixed, it was dripping worse than before. I called Arie and talked to Tiffany and Elena, the manager. I asked them to come back and fix the faucet. They refused to return phone calls or my Emails. After 10 days of no responses from Arie Plumbing, I contacted another plumbing firm to fix the faucet.
All this is to describe Arie Plumbing's competence and when you complain or ask them to fix what they say they have fixed, they ignore you.

Why would I hire plumbing company who doesn’t even have proper gammar. Smh ??‍♂️
