Martin and the folks at New Generation are truly the most professional, kind and competent tradesman in the game. I’ve been using New Generation for years now and will continue to for as long as they are around. Martin came by today to fix a hot water issue with the kitchen faucet and he came by within 30 minutes of the call into headquarters, fixed the issue in 10 minutes FREE of charge. Don’t waste your time with anybody else! Wish i could give 10 stars.

Cali-Rooter is my go to for any and all of my plumbing needs. Here’s the truth about FP. Greg runs the show and he’s pretty much succumbed to grouchy old man syndrome. Albert is the skilled plumber (Caribbean man) and he’s a very nice, very good plumber who knows what he’s doing. Their youngest apprentice is also pretty nice but has a ton to learn about plumbing. One of the garbage disposals he installed went without him tightening any of the efferent or afferent hoses...imagine the mess.

I hired these guys 6 months I go because I just moved into the neighborhood and I wanted to support local business. Turns out, not a great idea. It is impossible to hold Greg accountable and he makes a lot of promises on things he doesn’t deliver. Two weeks ago, he came into my home and switched the lines on two sinks without my direction and ultimately ended up reversing hot and cold on both sinks. I called him and he said he would be back the next day, it’s been two weeks not a word or a sighting.

Obviously I will be moving forward with a more corporate structured plumbing company because at least I can hold them accountable. It’s just a shame though, I guess they haven’t figured out how to do business in 2019.

Great work done by A-1. Alex was responsive - if you call, they pick up, even on a Sunday. Had a leak that two different plumbers came, looked at, said they’d write a report for the insurance and didn’t do anything about. John came, took his time, ruled out what it couldn’t be, fixed the issue, then continued to rule out any other possibility. This company has experience and great service. Highly recommend for any of your home needs.

I was pleased with their service! Plumber came out to replace a section of the mainline piping underground. It was the afternoon so it was getting dark fast. They did have to come back the next day but they were very honest about it. They came back and job was done by noon. Plumber even offered to help clean which was unexpected. Thankful for this service

Sub-pump quit working after the heavy rain the eve of Christmas eve. Wasn't sure I'd get someone to show up on Christmas eve but Flood Brothers came to my rescue. Flooding had already subsided but the sub-pump drain was still full of water and we're due for an even heavier storm tonite. He got it working and together we cleaned out the trapped mud so hopefully they'll be no more issues. Fast and efficient and they stand behind the work.

Had a major worked performed with my bathroom remodel and I am fascinated how responsible and reliable the team was.

He was very nice and even hauled the old toilet away. Then he gave us a written invoice without us having to ask for it. Really down to earth. I highly recommend them!

Ac Repair Los Feliz, A-One Heating & Plumbing is the best ac repair service in town! I grew up in this area and when my ac broke, I knew exactly who to call. The technician showed up within an hour of my call and it was just what they said it would be: quick and easy! They also gave me a complimentary maintenance package that should save me a lot of money by the end of summer.

Scheduled replacement of Flush Valve - confirmed cost by phone twice. Arrived after the appointment window, claimed to not have the part, claimed that the entire porcelain tank had to be replaced to replace the flush valve (it doesn't), then tried to sell me a completely new toilet for $550. A flush valve is $17.95 and about 1 hr of labor, max. Nice try scam artists - no one should ever use this business.
