Best Routine Maintenance in Los Angeles CA

I had a plumbing issue this weekend and needed an emergency plumber. I went on google and easily found a company that was able to take care of it on short notice. I foundJohn's Plumbing in LA and they sent us a very helpful plumber that was there in 30 mins and took care of the issues quickly. The service was outstanding. I most definitely highly recommend them.

Rick is by far and away the best plumber we’ve worked with in LA (or anywhere!). He communicates clearly and kindly—he’s straightforward and easy to work with—and he diagnosed our issue and provided a great solution on the spot. We ended up needing a new hot water heater and Rick picked it up and installed it the same day he diagnosed the problem, staying at our house well into the night until the job was completed. Truly an above and beyond experience! And he has since been back for another, smaller issue, and was equally as wonderful. Would give 100 stars if I could!!

I’ve had this shower head drip in our main bedroom bathroom for about a month. It got to the point where YouTube University was not going to help me fix this issue. I google searched “plumber near me”and after calling 5 to 7 different unresponsive plumbing companies I came across A1 Plumbing. I left a voicemail and I was contacted back within minutes. They arrived within about an hour upon excepting the agreement and began to diagnose the situation, which turned out to be a faulty valve handles. The process was explained to me in a very clear manner and he provided options for to prevent future issues. Both Guillermo and Anthony were very helpful and showed care in their approach. The total work was quoted and there were no surprises at the end of it all. The drip is fixed!! Thanks to the reliable service of Guillermo and Anthony at A1 Total Service Plumbing, I no longer have to worry about this issue. The experience was great and painless and I would recommend this to anyone who needs something small or any large work to be done, this company should definitely be considered!

Abel and this company will take the time to do it right. They aren’t there to make a quick dollar. They come just to make sure everything is ok. I cancelled an appointment because I was able to figure it out on my own. Abel still showed up to say hey and double check for a larger problem. Didn’t even charge me. This is the type of business worth supporting.

It’s CRUCIAL for a homeowner to get multiple bids for a job. This is really the only way to know you’re getting an honest assessment of your problem, whatever it may be. My toilets were leaking causing them to flush intermittently throughout the day by themselves. The first plumber that came out said I needed a complete toilet re-build. Getting new toilets is actually cheaper than getting the systems inside changed so I thought I would bite the bullet and do that. Since I’d already scheduled several plumbers I thought, what the heck, I’ll just continue with my appointments. Tony at Western Rooter was my last appointment of the day and the 3rd plumber to tell me it was just the flap that needed changing, not the whole toilet. Tony was by far the nicest of the bunch. Patient, pleasant and on time, he had the equipment in his truck, changed the flaps and I now have toilets that are not leaking. I also felt his price was reasonable given that plumbers generally charge about $300-350 an hour. I cannot over-state how important it is for you to do your due diligence and get multiple quotes for projects OR just call Tony at Western Rooter. He’ll do you right.

We called in the morning, a person was out to look at it before noon, gave us a very reasonable estimate. We approved the estimate and the plumber was back and fixed the problem by 2:00 pm. Great job.

If I could give negative stars I would! I’ve tried to give them an opportunity to earn our business being how we live in the same neighborhood they’re located in, but every time I call for service I can never get them to say “we’ll be glad to service you!” Every time I call it’s the same thing “I have no one that can help you” Useless!!!
