I had a draining hose under the sink that needs to be repaired. The plumber came on schedule and supposedly fix the problem. he told me that he couldn't tell me how much it costs because he doesn't know how much the company charges. so he just did the work and left. after 2 days you as you can see from the picture he actually left a hole in the pipe and now I have a leakage under the sink. The company encourages people to write reviews. so I'm doing exactly what they're asking...Just a quick follow up. I spoke with the company Rep and gave her my credit card number for payment. I'm not trying to short change them, but I will never use them again .

I very rarely write reviews, but I'm really compelled to do so because of Fraser's excellent service. I called multiple plumbers in my area (Leimert Park) and got voicemails, and the run-around. Finally, I tried Fraser's...and found a real family business where they picked up the phone and made me feel that my business was appreciated. Beyond this, they came out super quickly, and did great work fixing a water heater and getting me ready for an inspection. And the price was reasonable. Thank you!

I called Rocket Plumbing and they came out right away. Sam came to unclog my kitchen sink. I also had a broken pipe. Sam was great! He explained everything and left to get parts. Came back quickly. I think he did a great job. He dropped the price. I wasn't expecting the broken pipe. He replaced it with a better pipe. I am very pleased with the work he did and how clean he left everything. This review is specifically for Vic, an electrician. I called late afternoon on a Thursday, he was there the next morning ready to work. After a few minutes of explaining my sparking outlet situation, he shared his game plan & we were running. He quickly diagnosed where the short was, followed the trail down to the more serious breaker issue. Vic was completely transparent about the work that needed to be done NOW vs work that could wait, & made sure I understood everything he was doing along the way. His attention to detail (cleaning up EVERY wire & making sure they were bound together or visually organized for the next person, double checking EVERY outlet, replacing all outdated pieces & showing me the readings on his meter) made it easy to have him perform all the work. Vic is welcome back to my house for any future electrical work simply because he treats the job as if he were doing his own home.

Yesterday, I had a service from this plumbing service company, and I'm glad that they provided me a skillful and fully-equipped plumber for my installation. TRUST – when it comes to your house, that’s the only word that matters. Let me explain why I trust these guys, with a summary of two interactions. [Long story short, I reached out to plumbers 7 times, and only twice did I get an honest inspection. Both times, it was Mr. Speedy.]

1. A few months ago, we smelled a gas leak coming from the rear exterior of the house. In a panic, we dialed 4 different plumbers to get quotes for an urgent inspection. Gas line inspections are not cheap, all but one quoted me several hundred dollars. Freddy at Mr. Speedy asked me a few questions and was the only one that said for my specific issue, I should call SoCal Gas cause they’ll inspect it for free. Freddy was the only one that recommended I call the gas company. Sure enough, SoCal Gas agreed and said the specific issue I had was their responsibility. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it, for free.

2. We’ve had problems with our second floor shower for years, and this month we decided to spend the money, whatever it takes, to finally fix the problem once and for all. We called 3 plumbers for estimates and two of them said we need to break all the tile and replace the entire shower. The only one that gave me a thorough/accurate estimate was Mr. Speedy. Juan and Randy came out, inspected the shower, as well as the piping underneath the house and realized the root cause was an old/damaged pipe underneath the house. They explained that replacing/re-tiling my entire shower would be a temporary fix, I could just replace the shower valve and the remaining money is better spent fixing the root cause, underneath the house. They took photos to show/explain the problem and brought out their specialists, Edwardo, Angel, and Carlos to fix the pipes. Edwardo took additional photos so I could see the before and after, the shower works great now, and ultimately, I spent less than the two other plumbers quoted me.

And that’s trust.

Called and they had someone come in the next day and was able to give a diagnostic for free before telling me how much to service would be. Once agreed immediately started working on the clog and was good as new! Definitely recommend. Will be calling again incase of anything!

Thank you Randall, ...Had 14 feet of old 4 inch cast iron pipe that was all cracked, corroded and leaking. Randall came by, looked it over, and gave me a very reasonable rate to repair/replace. He came on time, did all the work on time and then cleaned up and finished the job beautifully. Top professional, very hared working, polite and very conscientious. Best job ever. After trying to get some electric work completed with a handyman, and experiencing delays, incomplete work, and errors in the hookup, I contacted Golden plumbing to complete a main box hookup and get an estimate on completing the rest of the work. they came out a day earlier than scheduled (which worked nicely for me) and finished one line as requested which passed the county inspection. they also pointed out some problems that needed correction and had some ideas to help boost the power to my garage. they was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I received a fair quote for several options by the next day. I have to say, so far it's been good working with Golden this project is done and knowing it was done well. Thank you for all the great effort you put in the project! 5 stars.

Called for Plumbing and Rooter services at 1 am today, they came out at 1:30am. Firstly that's real 24/7 customer service. Sarki (sorry if I messed the name up) really came through for us tonight. We had a hot water issue and he fixed it up in no time. Super friendly and knowledgeable guys that explained the process and did the job right. I will definitely be calling them soon for any future issues. They explained that our plumbing issues in our restaurant here in Los Angeles needed some work done with a new toilet and a possible new water heater and even looked at our leaky sink. Thanks guys.

I won't be-labor this review with the issues we were facing at our home, but suffice it to say that Todd and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They provided an exhaustive analysis of our plumbing system. Not only did they address the issue at hand but uncovered a number of other issues that will need to be addressed in the near future. Moreover, they were extremely transparent and took the time to help us understand what the issues were, what problems would arise, and cost to repair. Given our budget constraints since we had just purchased the house, Todd helped us prioritize what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. They even worked with us on the cost to repair an item that they correctly felt needed to be addressed immediately.

Just a great team to work with.

These guys were fantastic. They explained everything they were doing and were friendly and helpful. They were also early by two hours which was surprising as I'm used to waiting all day for handymen to show up. They did the job and it didn't cost us a tremendous amount of money.
