I for one have used this company and called during the middle of the night frantic about a faucet leaking and the technician calmed me down and we fixed the problem temporarily over the phone, until the next morning Cali Rooter came to my house and fixed the issue I was having, and it turned out to be a non-emergency issue! Miguel Lopez did a great job re-plumbing the whole house. He also replaced the main water line from the meter to the house. The quality of his work is very high. He is dependable, on-time and honest. I would hire him again, for sure.

Set up appointment and 30 min after appointment time I get a call that no one is available, they will call me when somebody is. 3 hours later I call back and they tell me that someone is returning to their store and will be on the way. When I call and set up appointment I was told I was eligible for the promotion price and I had clarified that that was the price no hidden nothing added and the price was $39 to clear the main drain. Tech came up to the house and verified that it was the main drain. Went back to his truck to get equipment but came back to the house and informed me that it was now going to cost $350 minimum just to bring up equipment. Said no thanks. Gave 2 stars only because tech gave good advice to do it myself. Rent the equipment from Home Depot, it was a lot less money. NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL THESE PEOPLE.

Alex answered the phone. He’s not a reservation booker, he runs operations for his crew. They got to me in less than 2 hours and went beyond the call to insure the issue would not reoccur at a very reasonable price, as initially quoted.
Alex was on point the whole time.
HydroJet did the Job, They also did a 120’ video inspection to make sure and didn’t make a big deal about it. Great Crew, clean gear, very professional.
They were totally patient while I figured out my payment method, and then they went off into the night to solve someone else’s problems.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I called made an appointment for my water heater. I called to verify my appointment the office person who answered didnt even have my information. My mother had property with three houses on it. We’ve used Kessler for decades. Always upfront and straightforward with their quotes. Honest assessment of when their technicians will get there. Very professional. Now that mom is gone, I will continue using Kessler! They are family to me!

He came. Removed the trap in the bathroom sink. Removed the 3/8 bering that I told him I dropped in the sink. Reassembled the trap.

Total time less than 1/2 hour.
