Miguel Lopez did a great job re-plumbing the whole house. He also replaced the main water line from the meter to the house. The quality of his work is very high. He is dependable, on-time and honest. I would hire him again, for sure.

I had a horrible experience with this company. Three major concerns. They broke out hose that they were using (then denied it) they left all the waste and sludge from the drain laying in our flower bed to rot and then charged us an extra $75 because it was overcast and sprinkled mist from the sky. I called the owner about the house and the waste only to be yelled at because it is not their job to clean up the waste, only to clear it. As I tried to explain that we weren't aware of the waste until it began to rot on the side of out house. The owner then became frustrated and curses at me because I said her employee did not complete his job. So now I am left with a popped hose, rotting waste on (literally) my house and in the flower bed, and an owner who won't take responsibility. I will do everything I can to tarnish the name of this compnay for their unprofessional and malicious behavior towards other people. I would never reccomend them and will co tinue to spread this review so that other people do not have this experience.

We had an unusual problem of an odor in a bathroom in an old commercial building. Todd and Seth spent a lot of time troubleshooting and pointed us the probable cause and also suggested that we use a less expensive handyman to do some of the work to identify the cause which turned to be a crack in an ancient cast iron pipe hidden in the wall.

I gave a call and explained my issue to them. I was told that based on the circumstance of my issue that I should look into Trenchless Technology which will clean my pipe without the need to replace my pipes. They gave me a real good briefing regarding what it would cost, and the time.

I said yes, and it worked out perfectly. Our plumbing issues were resolved and we saved a ton of money since we didn't have to dig nor replace any pipes.

Warren White at Plumber 2 The Rescue arrived on time and immediately started to troubleshoot my concerns. He identified an immediate, serious defective water pressure regulator that was not obvious to me but could have resulted in bursting or seriously leaking pipes or plumbing fixtures. Sorry, I get that you probably run a good business but our toilet we had 2 visits and paid $300+ to fix original problem still there AND actually created a new one. Instead of being honest and saying, this might not fix the problem or even admit they made a new issue, they just looked for excuses to charge money to change parts and if we ask to come back and fix problem created by your new parts good luck they play the we know nothing card. Basically paid money for someone to have a confidence inducing conversation they knew what they were doing, paid them, and no help to fix unless we made another appt. Wouldn't even come just to LOOK for free the mistake THEY created. Never again, but cool name. Ironic in this case. Ninja must mean you disappear when help is actually needed.
