I live in North CA have property in South CA. I had a house unit with plumbing issues in the shower. The person that usually takes care of my issues was too busy until Sunday. I had to look for a plumber and after looking at several companies I only made one call to Valencia’s Plumbing. Best service, answered my call right away delegated the issue on hand and sent him pics and video. They responded quickly within 2 hours he was at the unit fixed the problem and sent me pics/video. Excellent service and good pricing. Definitely will call them again for service.

Worst company we've ever dealt with. After installation we discovered that they improperly installed the a/c unit. They made several errors when installing this unit and will not come back to fix their mistake. We have been calling them and they have been avoiding sending someone to our home to make the corrections. They took our money and suddenly became unreliable.

He is on-time, communicative and very professional. He is extremely competent with new and antique fixtures and is able to think outside the box with how to connect our European antique plumbing fixtures with American piping. He interfaces super well with our contractor, and we have a great relationship with him and his team.
