Best Plumbing Specialists in Los Angeles CA

We had a leak under our kitchen sink. Red Lilly sent someone very quickly. Wesley and Salvador were very nice and professional, and they did an exceptional job. Will definitely be using Red Lilly for all of our future plumbing needs.

I called them up about a year ago to install one of those Pelican whole house water filter/softeners and I can safely say these guys do the job right the first time! They were able to schedule the installation within a week of coming out to do an estimate, which itself was one a day or two after I called, got the whole job done in a reasonable amount of time and pretty close to the original estimate (stuff happens underneath old houses with old pipes and then suddenly you need a new section of pipe; it is what it is). No problems with the filter since and, if I have the need in the future, I'll definitely call them up again.

Plus they are locally owned! Love supporting neighbors!

During the process of an emergency leak we contacted A-1 Total Service Plumbing. They answered immediately and very politely and professionally took our information, answered all of our questions, set us up with a technician by the name of Alexis who arrived promptly and on schedule. Once onsite the plumber did run into issues with gaining access to the property however, instead of leaving the property unserviced the plumber contacted us and waited onsite until access could be provided. There are not many good plumbing companies around anymore, but my experience with A-1 Total Service Plumbing proved that at least one still exist.

LA LOW Flush is awesome retrofit company for real estate transactions. When I first saw their name I thought maybe they were a plumbing company, they do an amazing job with retrofit inspections for real estate transactions. Reasonable prices, excellent services, a seamless process. Highly recommend

Absolutely the worst customer service that I've ever incountered, would give zero stars but I cant

Todd has no accountability for mishandled repairs. Used their services a while back and thought they did a good job. Unfortunately we discovered that we still had the same issue. We were promised a 10 year warranty on parts and labor, however when we called back Todd and his team said we would be charged $450 just to come take a look at the problem. Their customer service needs much work, they do not honor warranties on work, and there is an overall lack of professionalism with this company. This review is only the first step, complaints with their licensing board will be initiated as well.
