Reliable and honest, does a great job! We were replacing our broken and leaking water heater to a tankless water heater. Jay was very personable and was interested in our business. Price was better than the other plumbers. They arrived on time to start the job. Now talk about going above and beyond!! Service like this you don't get anymore. The installation was completed and the tankless water heater looks great. We couldn't be happier. It is so refreshing to find someone who treats their customers with care and not just another job! Mike was a fantastic plumber. This is the fourth time I use him, and he is always reliable and very punctual. His prices are reasonable compared to others. Mike recently installed our combo hot/heat system and our stove installation and did an amazing job. Want quality service? Give him a ring.

Rafael came on time, friendly, and went to work immediately, installing 2 toilets purchased from Home Depot. He was done in a very short time with both installations-I think around an hour, and the result was replacement of two very olde toilets for ones that work wonderfully, save water, and look beautiful. An expert in installations, surely, and I would trust him with any plumbing job. Scheduling was great (next day), and was more meaningful in that it was done so close to Christmas. A pipe in our bathroom was leaking and we called Team Plumbing to fix it yesterday. Their tech came out the same day within the provided time window and fixed it in a matter of minutes. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I am beyond pleased with the job done and will certainly return to them if I need any plumbing related help in the future. Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. I have never had an issue with their work and all the employees are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Don’t be turned off by a couple of bad reviews. When companies offer estimates online , they are going based on general information, many times the actual job requires additional time, equipment, man power etc. Let Hotline Plumbing come out to your location and they will give you an honest assessment of your situation. Some jobs cost more than others, but taking short cuts to save money often ends up costing more in the long run.
