Red Lilly answered my phone call and dispatched a plumber on the same day. I had a major blockage in a main sewer line. The plumber assigned to me, Carlos, was truly phenomenal: diligent, thorough, but most of all, tenacious, in figuring out the problem. After several snakes and scopes, Carlos systematically worked his way through the possible causes and was able to avoid a major costly sewer line excavation. I can’t emphasize enough: he was very honest and didn’t take advantage of the situation. When the final bill arrived, it felt very fair and reasonable. I can’t say enough positive things about this company— I feel like I can trust them and that really says a lot!

John and his team were great! He answered my initial call right away and was very straightforward and reasonable with his quote - he came in about half the price of the plumber my HOA was contracted with!

There are Ficus trees in the utility easement so annually we have Sunset West come out to roto the line. It's about 35 steps down to the hill and further down to the base of the retaining wall. They have always communicated well, got the worked completed in a timely manner and cleaned up the area. I highly recommend them.

We had a drain backup in my property Tuesday night. I called Express Plumbing & Remodeling that evening and they came out and provide excellent service. I was given a quote and the technician did not leave until he was certain that the issue was resolved. I was grateful for the extra care taken in ensuring the work was completed properly and was impressed with the service provided and I would not hesitate to call them again. I give my thanks to Santiago and his team of Dino and Johnny. These guys braved the underworld that I dare not breach, and they discovered and exorcised the fear I felt to be true.

What I thought was going to be simple snake whipping due to some careless grease handling ultimately uncovered the true health of the house, and the outlook was severe. I was told of a whole host of issues that went well beyond my initial reason for calling. I didn't completely understand it at the time, but when Santiago runs a high powered snake through the lines, then comes back with a commercial grade snake and still can't make it all the way through the system, paramedics were needed. Enter Dino and Johnny. After a careful tag team mapping of the landscape, a medical plan was set and supplies needed to be gathered.

On the next day, I wished them luck on their underground adventure. Come to find out that if this house was a person, it would have been in cardiac arrest ten times over. These guys cut and sliced and chopped whole extensions of pipe that had been encrusted what I can only describe as 'gutter cheese.' At one point, I went out to check on them as I heard some discussion. Admittedly, I felt a bit underdressed in my Hawaiian shirt and shorts while these guys were in full body onesies and gas masks. They were fine, and I let the pros do what they do. The pipe transplant took a whole days work, and in the end, I'm back to being able to do those simple things that I take for granted that are so important in daily life. When water starts filling your sink while using the washing machine, one cannot help but to freak out.

The task at hand looked to be the result of deterioration and build up over time, and no amount of baking soda and vinegar was going to clear that mess.

Was it expensive? Yes. It ended up becoming a major project.

Was it overpriced? Absolutely not. It was worth every penny.

My husband called JB Plumbing and Rooter because our master shower was draining SOOOO slow, and his sink was draining really slowly too.

We had tried draino, but didn't know it actually makes it worse! Thank goodness for Jesse to help us. She unclogged our master shower, and helped clear out the gunk in my husbands sink. She was so sweet and gave us advice on how to keep our pipes clean since we are new homeowners.

WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

Edwin showed up when he said he would, quickly fixed my toilettes and gave me a tutorial on how to maintain them more effectively which he didn’t have to do. lastly he checked my tub plug which wasn’t working and fixed it as well. gentle, professional, and respectful. thank you so much Edwin??

STOP LOOKING for a plumber. This is the best plumber I've ever used and I've used a ton of 'em over the years! He is diligent, on time does more then required. He's neat, clean and friendly and here comes the best part.....
***His prices are very very reasonable!!!! His work is top-notch. He's far better then just 5 stars. You won't regret it, I swear it.
