The team, our plumber saved the night. He was professional and competent. Rate was reasonable, considering we needed after hour service to unclog the sewer line to get toilet and tub working again. Thankfully my husband had already removed the toilet from the floor to access the sewer line, bit clog was too deep for him to get to, but if he had not removed toilet and then replaced it after The technician left, then gets much more expensive.

Major League Plumbing came out to.fix water drain pipe approx 4 size round to approx. 18; feet long. Mr. Jose work digging to drain was in Master Bathroom. Took 2 days fix, on second day had cement person, came patch up the hold. Here are some pictures of the job and location in Master Bathroom. I had a great experience with Craig's Plumbing! We had a leak in our building that was dripping water onto cars in our garage. Alex identified the problem which was a broken pipe in our refrigerator. He was able to stop the water from leaking and fixed our refrigerator within an hour.

Even though they will still open in the late hours they wanted to charge emergency prices I didn't like that.

Todd has no accountability for mishandled repairs. Used their services a while back and thought they did a good job. Unfortunately we discovered that we still had the same issue. We were promised a 10 year warranty on parts and labor, however when we called back Todd and his team said we would be charged $450 just to come take a look at the problem. Their customer service needs much work, they do not honor warranties on work, and there is an overall lack of professionalism with this company. This review is only the first step, complaints with their licensing board will be initiated as well.

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
