Fernando and his colleagues are exceptional technicians! They are professional, highly experienced, thorough and honest. They replaced the main pipe underneath our home and replaced some galvanized piping that was fused to our copper pipes. Hard work, but they got the job done perfectly. I really appreciated Fernando's joyful professionalism. It's important that the experts working on your home are pleasant too, and Fernando and his colleagues clearly love and take pride in what they do. They should! They are really hard working and great guys!

We had a leak in our water heater on a weekend and they came out immediately to assess the issue and replaced it the next morning. They also came back to fix a faucet a separate time. They're wonderful to deal with and extremely professional.

All aspects of the bathroom remodeling were 1st class; very clean with their demolition and work. They’re going to remodel the rest of the bathrooms. I’m pretty stoked

Service took place a few weeks ago but they left such a good impression that I had to come back around to leave a review. Called them to look at a few issues we’d been experiencing in the kitchen and bathroom. Fully expected to book about a week out but they came within the hour! Good sign #1. They found that they actually weren’t the right folks for the job and transparently told me so. Great sign # 2. Because we’d been having such great convo, they offered to fix what they could in the kitchen (it was a manufacturing issue) so that the trip wasn’t for naught and they DID! Excellent sign #3. Have since referred to family and friends and will continue to use any time we need a plumber. Very appreciative!

Real Plumbers were prompt, found the leak, and fixed it within an hour or two. When the water didn't come back on, they returned and it was because I didn't have the elbow grease to turn the sprinkler water valve fully on. Problem solved.

Mike was a fantastic plumber. This is the fourth time I use him, and he is always reliable and very punctual. His prices are reasonable compared to others. Mike recently installed our combo hot/heat system and our stove installation and did an amazing job. Want quality service? Give him a ring.

Our bathroom drain has clogged and smelled horrible. They came out in 4 hours and worked magic. The guys were great and got everything fixed . Really recommend this company

Have used these guys 3 times now. 2 times were for me at my condo and 1 was for an emergency at my parents house. All three times the problems were fixed super fast and they were extremely clean. I would not hesitate to call them again, or to recommend them to family and friends. They're a class act!

Very impressed by comprehensive and high-quality services rendered by Plotke Plumbing. My condo needed overhaul remodeling before leasing out: carpeting, hardwood and tile replacement, painting, electric and plumbing works were needed. It could have been very challenging, costly and time-consuming if I had to hire each vendor. When I consulted my needs with Plotke, they said they can take care of them all. They contacted respective vendors, coordinated and managed their work. The duration was about 3 months and the cost was amazingly reasonable. See attached for how my condo looks like now. Ac Repair Los Feliz, A-One Heating & Plumbing is the best ac repair service in town! I grew up in this area and when my ac broke, I knew exactly who to call. The technician showed up within an hour of my call and it was just what they said it would be: quick and easy! They also gave me a complimentary maintenance package that should save me a lot of money by the end of summer.

This company came to my house to unclog a sewer line. Said they could do the job but it was 350 dollars. I told them that they were trying to rip me off. Then a supervisor showed up and said he could do it for 250. I was leaving town that day so I agreed. Then I asked about the warranty while they were doing the job and they said they can't warranty the job because they think there is a crack in my pipe. These guys are crooks and the worst part is they did the work on Friday and by Monday my sewer was clogged up again. Worthless and untrustworthy. The only two words that sum up their work and the standard their company stands for. Never ever use these guys. They are rip off artists!

Even though they will still open in the late hours they wanted to charge emergency prices I didn't like that.
