Here’s the truth about FP. Greg runs the show and he’s pretty much succumbed to grouchy old man syndrome. Albert is the skilled plumber (Caribbean man) and he’s a very nice, very good plumber who knows what he’s doing. Their youngest apprentice is also pretty nice but has a ton to learn about plumbing. One of the garbage disposals he installed went without him tightening any of the efferent or afferent hoses...imagine the mess.

I hired these guys 6 months I go because I just moved into the neighborhood and I wanted to support local business. Turns out, not a great idea. It is impossible to hold Greg accountable and he makes a lot of promises on things he doesn’t deliver. Two weeks ago, he came into my home and switched the lines on two sinks without my direction and ultimately ended up reversing hot and cold on both sinks. I called him and he said he would be back the next day, it’s been two weeks not a word or a sighting.

Obviously I will be moving forward with a more corporate structured plumbing company because at least I can hold them accountable. It’s just a shame though, I guess they haven’t figured out how to do business in 2019.

Rocket Plumbing came out today to repair the drain in my bath tub. They did an excellent job and even explained how I can keep the drain running properly with regular maintenance! Happy to recommend them to other home owners!

Great company

We had an unusual problem of an odor in a bathroom in an old commercial building. Todd and Seth spent a lot of time troubleshooting and pointed us the probable cause and also suggested that we use a less expensive handyman to do some of the work to identify the cause which turned to be a crack in an ancient cast iron pipe hidden in the wall.

Will recommend them without hesitation.

Very impressed by comprehensive and high-quality services rendered by Plotke Plumbing. My condo needed overhaul remodeling before leasing out: carpeting, hardwood and tile replacement, painting, electric and plumbing works were needed. It could have been very challenging, costly and time-consuming if I had to hire each vendor. When I consulted my needs with Plotke, they said they can take care of them all. Craig's is awesome! Showed up right on time, charged a fair price, explained exactly what the problem was and solved it. SO MUCH BETTER THAN ROTO ROOTER, who was a total nightmare to deal with and quoted us like 3x higher. Unreal. Definitely use local guys like Craig's over the big bureaucratic organizations. Very happy we found a plumber we can trust.

I needed to have a water heater installed. I had bought it from the local Home Depot because it had a high rating.

I contacted six plumbers to see which would install it at the lowest price and New Flow Plumbing was the cheapest price. And two workers showed up and were very cool.

They did the installation and now I have hot water for many yeas to come. Definitely get a quote from these guys as I know you'll be happy with their work.
