I had a draining hose under the sink that needs to be repaired. The plumber came on schedule and supposedly fix the problem. he told me that he couldn't tell me how much it costs because he doesn't know how much the company charges. so he just did the work and left. after 2 days you as you can see from the picture he actually left a hole in the pipe and now I have a leakage under the sink. The company encourages people to write reviews. so I'm doing exactly what they're asking...Just a quick follow up. I spoke with the company Rep and gave her my credit card number for payment. I'm not trying to short change them, but I will never use them again .

Great experience with GR Plumbing. They replied right away to my email with several dates and times to provide an estimate. The representative was thorough and precise, provided excellent advice on how to optimize the heater location but without spending too much money. I wish more companies worked like GR Plumbing.

The tech was very professional. The heater had stopped working on my HVAC unit. Turns out to be dirty filter. The tech did not try and sell me additional services. It is a 10 year old unit. The tech pointed out things I should keep an eye on.

Both technicians who came were courteous and professional.

The service that A-1 provided went beyond my expectation. My parents who are in their 80's had their sewer line destroyed by roots ( a common problem occuring in SO CAL). I live in Florida and did not want my parents to worry about getting this issue resolved. I called a local manufacture of sewer lining products here in Florida amd they got me in touch with A-1 who is certified installer of their sewer liner product. Mario the representative for A-1 was awesome to work with . Anytime I had a question, he answered it right away. After signing a work order our sewer issue was resolved the very next day . A-1 made this whole process painless.

The workers were on time and were able to repair my shower faucet. They also found out that my property did not have a water regulator and they fixed that also. The workers were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them!

Great Plumber! I have been using Morgan and his company for years and have always found him to be exceptionally fair and very competent. Where many service providers like to finish a job as quickly and painlessly as possible, Morgan goes above and beyond to make sure the problem is fixed correctly and that it will not recur. A good and honest business man. He estimated replacement of my water heater, located on the 4th floor of my unit and treated us fairly. The work was done well and I am very satisfied with the work and the price. He also did a few minor repairs at no cost while he was here. Highly recommended.

Excellent service

We had a drain problem in our kitchen; almost all the pipes got blocked because of which the dirt water got stagnant under the sink. We have a party starting in few hours in our house and as there was less time we tried to fix it but in vain; then I started to call plumbers in our local area, everyone said they can’t fix it in that less time so they will show up next day. Few plumbers suggested us to postpone our party as it’s almost impossible to fix that big drain problem in just few hours. At that time, luckily my neighbors suggested me to call Arie Plumbing and so I did. Without any hesitation their team came to my house, analyzed the problem & worked really smart with their most advanced equipments and got it fixed in just 2 hours and they cleaned up everything. Wow!! That’s really wonderful, isn’t it? We had a wonderful party that evening. Many thanks again!

Todd and his team are incapable of professional work.

I've called upon this company in the past to redo my main pipe line and they did a wonderful job, I've never had issues with them in the past so I am highly disappointed at the switch in their professionalism. What happened, guys??

The installation of the new kitchen line was not up to code when the inspector came by. This caused a 2 week delay to our project. I am out of the country and our contractors sent photos of the work performed by Todd's team. After seeing the photos I contacted Todd to let him know we may have a problem. Todd didn't believe me, said that everything is up to code. So we waited for the inspector to come by who didn't pass the plumbing.

Todd has been avoiding my text messages, I can't call him.

The inspector asked for his license number to report him to the city, that's how bad job has been done.

The inspector said that a professional plumber couldn't have done this type of work. I was surprised too.

Do not trust this company. Todd is irresponsible like the rest of his team and I am sincerely disappointed to be writing this review. I don't want anyone to experience what we went through, not worth it.
