They did such a great installation, any work men who have needed to go into the attic say how good a job they did. Michael, the technician who came for the maintenance checkup today was professional and a pleasure to have around. Even my dog licked him.

Cory from Rooter Hero plumbing provided excellent trouble shooting and assessment for a tank less water heater installed by another company last year. we had no hot water for a week but with Cory's professional expertise and knowledge we now have hot water...from the initial call to arrival time was excellent approx. 45 minutes...Yes! I would call Rooter Hero plumbing again for any plumbing issue.

Stellar customer service! This is the shipping time when I used HVAC Services Los Angeles. The first time was to help get our ecobee thermostat to work. He was very well versed in smart home thermostat technology and got it up and running quickly. He also patiently answered my million questions. Naturally, I called HVAC Services Los Angeles again when our oven began to go haywire—this time over the weekend. I got the first call on Monday morning. He was on time the next day. I was on a conference call when he arrived, and since he knew the house, he just nodded and got to work right away. He was also very helpful and pragmatic in explaining our options when it comes to repair/replacement. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me the system, but was very open and honest about the things I should consider.

The electrician showed up on time and respected my take off your shoes sign on the front door. He already had a pair of disposable shoe covers. I really appreciate it, as it's part of my culture to take off your shoes while you're in someone's house. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. I highly recommend this electrician. I called and requested for a quote to get our ducts cleaned but because we had asbestos removed from our ducts, the guy I was talking to actually recommended that we shouldn't hire someone to come out and disturb it in case there were some left behind. He was able to give very good information (and didn't charge me for it!) - how to clean the vents ourselves and when to change the filter.

Other companies I called just went straight in and gave me a quote instead of discussing my entire situation. Thank you guys!
