My water heater broke down and one of our family friends referred us to GR plumbing. We immediately called them and fixed an appointment. Everything went well and they repaired the water heater for the price we discussed, definitely calling them again.

My bathroom tub and toilet were clogged and was causing water to leak through the floor and on to the next level. This all happened on a Sunday and they were able to send someone out asap. Narciso came and was fantastic! He was very friendly and professional. He fixed the clog quickly and was very neat. Narciso even wanted an update after I patched up the ceiling that was previously leaking! I will definitively will be using him again!

I had a leak in the ceiling. Leonard understood in a second where it came from. It was from my bathroom above. A slow drip coming inside the wall from my shower handle. He fixed in no time. I was dreading this would be very expensive but it was not. Very easy to fix. He even looked down with a camera to make sure he could not see any mold. Leonard is also very nice a pleasant to be around. On top of it he also helped me remove a very irritating fan I have in the ceiling of another bathroom that was making so much noice and that I did not need in that bathroom. I can highly recommend to use him.

Absolutely terrible. They didnt show up to an appointment ( that they never called to cancel, I had to call them to see why), when I called they offered no explanation at all. 2 days later they finally show up hours late to the appointment they set. Did nothing and left. When questioned about it I was given nothing but threats and attitude. Yes threats to show up there and handle this like a man. Guess what, men handle the job given to them not back out of their responsibilities and try to thug their way out of guilt. Boycott, contact the bbb, do not spend your money here. Let's as a community put this poor excuse for a black owned business out of business. It's making us look bad.

Richard was hiring one day i saw his hiring ad in craiglist . I gave him a call as I was talking to Richard he told me how people call him for work but never showed up , I told Richard ill stop by to meet him he agree as well.I when to the address provided just to introduce my self and for him to know my background in plumbing.Richard never told me I was going to work on the spot , so to make a good impression i decided to stay and help him with his crew finish a job. I never got compensated for the hrs keep in mind its been almost a year. Whether you try to make business with this guy or work with him be careful do your researched. He try too look nice first but once you get to know him he is unprofessional.Its been over a year and i haven't been compensated for my work thats against California law to not pay their employees.

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
