We are moving into our new home and our AC unit wasn't cooling and where in desperate need of maintenance for our unit but we hassitated to contact a company. However having children and moving it was too much. We contacted JW plumbing as we read great reviews. Immediately the next day the appointment was scheduled. Christian was the technician that came and met with my husband and we could not be more grateful for the amazing service he provided and how respectful, honesty and understanding he was. He let my husband know what the issues with the unit was and gave us several options and was never pushy. He gave great honest advice and went above and beyond to help us. Thank Christian we will continue to use JW services because of him for our AC repairs. We could not be more grateful to you. My family was so happy to have our AC unit working again. Thank you I would highly recommend and ask for Christian he is the best!!

Alexis was polite, neat and his work was as professional good as it gets. Chris assisted and did an outstanding job. I believe the cost was very pricey but I have scheduled Alexis for a return visit because his workmanship warrants it.

I had a small list of tasks to be done and they were able to accommodate my need for a quick turnaround. I so appreciated the expertise, the responsiveness, and the willingness to be flexible if things changed. The cost was absolutely acceptable, and I'd use them again in a second.

Once again magnet plumbing came to save the day. I manage a building of 49 units and out we had a gas leak somewhere. The city shut the gas for the whole building. They also are the main plumbing company do all the services for my building I have no complains my tenants love them and for this gas problem I call them they showed up right away and they got to work they found the problem fixed it in there able to turn on the gas so that people could have dinner that's amazing Saul is an amazing person he came and helped us through everything he was right on time very professional.

These guys showed up promptly, were extremely helpful, clean and super professional. I highly recommend.

On May 25, 2018 I asked Arie Plumbing (Derfla Corp.) to do 3 simple plumbing tasks: Replace an 80 year old outside faucet that no longer functioned, fix a bathroom sink faucet that was leaking, and replace a toilet flusher that no longer worked properly. Each simple task should have taken about 10 minutes apiece. When the plumber arrived, he started with the outside faucet and immediately broke the pipe leading up to the faucet. Now he had to fix a significant length of pipe as well as the faucet. What would have been a 10 minute task turned into a 90 minute job. Which Arie charged me for, even though it wasn't my fault the pipe broke.
The other 2 tasks actually took about 10 minutes each. However, four days after the bathroom faucet was fixed, it was dripping worse than before. I called Arie and talked to Tiffany and Elena, the manager. I asked them to come back and fix the faucet. They refused to return phone calls or my Emails. After 10 days of no responses from Arie Plumbing, I contacted another plumbing firm to fix the faucet.
All this is to describe Arie Plumbing's competence and when you complain or ask them to fix what they say they have fixed, they ignore you.

Todd has no accountability for mishandled repairs. Used their services a while back and thought they did a good job. Unfortunately we discovered that we still had the same issue. We were promised a 10 year warranty on parts and labor, however when we called back Todd and his team said we would be charged $450 just to come take a look at the problem. Their customer service needs much work, they do not honor warranties on work, and there is an overall lack of professionalism with this company. This review is only the first step, complaints with their licensing board will be initiated as well.
