Sorry, but after repeated calls, I got no response regarding making plans to have a new water heater installed. They installed our last one and were great, and wanted to offer them repeat business, not in an emergency, but still somewhat urgently. During COVID, plumbing services are still essential services and are allowed to conduct regular business. To not even return phone calls for days or not at all is just not the responsiveness I expect from a business where I'm trying to give them repeat business worth hundreds of dollars. The inconvenience of having to find a reliable, trusted alternative is annoying, when this would have been a win-win situation. If they have that much business that they can ignore new business from returning customers, good for them, but to ignore our new offer is not OK; I'm not going to beg to be their repeat customer. You pay a vendor not only for the charges of the work done, but also by giving them the opportunity to do the work in the first place, and being ignored is cavalier and inappropriate.

Excellent plumber. Had me take a photo on my phone and send it to him so he could make sure he had the right parts. Called me several times give me the name of the tech and his approximate arrival. Benito the tech was great! Very Happy!

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the service provided us by Near and Best Plumbing. Rafael showed up on time, fixed our plugged up kitchen sink and diagnosed a leak coming from our HACV system. Service was fast, clean, efficient and very reasonably priced. We will be using Near and Best Plumbing in the future for all our plumbing needs.

I called to schedule a plumber for a leak under my house. I was told over the phone that there would be a $120.00 cost to have the plumber go under my house and inspect. I agreed and scheduled. The plumber was to arrive between 10-12.

The plumber actually arrived at 3:30 p.m. (they did call to say he'd be late). But upon arrival when I walked him to the opening to the crawl space he then told me it was $250.00 for him to go under the house. I asked him to call the office as I was quoted $120.00. He got off the phone and said it was $250.00. I told him I'd get someone else.

I don't appreciate the attempted shakedown, and this is no way to do business.

This is the BEST plumbing company I have ever worked with. They have done multiple big jobs for my office and are currently trying to find a gas leak in my house. They are angels and so responsible and super super nice. I love them. Especially Javier. Give them your money!!!

We had a badly clogged bath/shower drain. We contacted American Home Shield and Alex took exactly 10 minutes to identify and repair the problem. The plumber AHS initially sent, from a different company, didn't even investigate the cause of the clog, exaggerated and overestimated the repair and suggested ripping out the toilet first ??‍♂️With home warranty companies, it's a roll of the dice who you get, and we'll request Alex at Money Saver Plumbing next time.

2/6/18 As an update to this posting. For the first time since Ritz came to install a new garbage disposal, I ran the dishwasher, only to find that after the cycle finished, the water remained in the bottom of the dishwasher. I called Ritz to have them come back for the third time, now they tell me it's a draining hose and it will cost 375.00. I called another plumber, the fixed the problem, the cost was $150.00. How can it happen that Ritz can come out to install a new disposal knowing it would need a draining hose in order for the dishwasher to work. How are they still in business. Please see BBB. (If there are any positive reviews on this company, it is a family member.)
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They came out to fix my garbage disposal, ended up breaking a pipe, charged me $600.00. After the technician left, it never worked properly, They were scheduled to come back to fix it but never showed. Had I seen the review on this company, I would never have called them

We called in the morning, a person was out to look at it before noon, gave us a very reasonable estimate. We approved the estimate and the plumber was back and fixed the problem by 2:00 pm. Great job.
