I must say that Miguel Lopez and New Pro Plumbing are the most professional and courteous outfit and professional plumber that I have ever engaged. I run a movie studio and have hired basically everybody in Los Angeles to deal with star wagons, set locations, production offices, etc., and I have hired plumbers overseas as well, in cities like London, Paris, Rome, countries like Sweden, Canada, Malta, etc.
Miguel Lopez is without any doubt the best and most professional plumber I have ever encountered. And, his attitude is just unbelievably professional and thorough in his work. Actually, I would say he is a perfectionist. He didn't just fix the particular problem(s), but without asking for any additional compensation, he wanted to add a few touches that would improve things permanently and not leave us in a situation where the problem could surface again soon. I cannot offer a higher recommendation than this for Miguel Lopez and New Pro Plumbing. He and his team are capable of servicing plumbing needs from a small apartment or office to a major corporate office building. He is technically up to speed and always wants to leave his clients with a sense of resolution for their particular issue. Hire New Pro Plumbing and Miguel Lopez as you will not be disappointed. Called Victor for an estimate to have my sewer lateral replaced. He showed up the same day with his camera to inspect the line and give an estimate. The work was done in 3 quick days. He and his crew were polite and hard working. At the end of each work day, the job site was left clean and orderly. I highly recommend Victor for any plumbing needs. He's the best!

I won't be-labor this review with the issues we were facing at our home, but suffice it to say that Todd and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They provided an exhaustive analysis of our plumbing system. Not only did they address the issue at hand but uncovered a number of other issues that will need to be addressed in the near future. Moreover, they were extremely transparent and took the time to help us understand what the issues were, what problems would arise, and cost to repair. Given our budget constraints since we had just purchased the house, Todd helped us prioritize what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. They even worked with us on the cost to repair an item that they correctly felt needed to be addressed immediately.

I have a very old house and H.N. Harris plumbing has done all of my work since 2015. This house had so much deferred maintenance and Javier and his crew have helped us work on various aspects bit by but as we modernize. They have rebuilt or replaced almost all of the fixtures and replaced at least one pump. We will start repipe as soon as I find a tile guy! I have had quite a few plumbers try to bilk me out of thousands of dollars and Javier has always given me a fair price for a lot of work. Above all, he had helped us to keep the old charm of our existing fixtures the keep the character of the house alive. They are my plumbers for life.

I am a property manager of 6 buildings in LA and Ritz Plumbing replaced one of my water heaters. They were on top of things, gave a reasonable price. Took the time to explain the process so I could inform my residents. Super professional, super courteous. I appreciated all the work they did. So of course they were the first ones I called when another water heater went out in one of my other buildings. They are quick to respond and extremely informative. I highly recommend!
