Technicians are knowledgeable and willing to explain in detail about any issue you may have about plumbing. I for one have used this company and called during the middle of the night frantic about a faucet leaking and the technician calmed me down and we fixed the problem temporarily over the phone, until the next morning Cali Rooter came to my house and fixed the issue I was having, and it turned out to be a non-emergency issue! I must say that Miguel Lopez and New Pro Plumbing are the most professional and courteous outfit and professional plumber that I have ever engaged. I run a movie studio and have hired basically everybody in Los Angeles to deal with star wagons, set locations, production offices, etc., and I have hired plumbers overseas as well, in cities like London, Paris, Rome, countries like Sweden, Canada, Malta, etc.
Miguel Lopez is without any doubt the best and most professional plumber I have ever encountered. And, his attitude is just unbelievably professional and thorough in his work. Actually, I would say he is a perfectionist. He didn't just fix the particular problem(s), but without asking for any additional compensation, he wanted to add a few touches that would improve things permanently and not leave us in a situation where the problem could surface again soon. I cannot offer a higher recommendation than this for Miguel Lopez and New Pro Plumbing. He and his team are capable of servicing plumbing needs from a small apartment or office to a major corporate office building. He is technically up to speed and always wants to leave his clients with a sense of resolution for their particular issue. Hire New Pro Plumbing and Miguel Lopez as you will not be disappointed. Not only is Victor professional and his work quality, he’s also ethical—a decent guy. Hard to find any sort of contractor, especially in the plumbing industry, who isn’t trying to overcharge or scam you into doing work you really don’t need (which, by the way, happened to me, a few months ago, with a major plumbing company). He was kind enough to help me in dealing with said major plumbing company—which, unbeknownst to me at the time, had never acquired the necessary permit prior to doing the work. He gave me all the info I needed and walked me through the whole process, to hold them accountable for their irresponsibility. I wish more people in this industry had this kind of integrity. Needless to say, Victor is now our family plumber.

I had a difficult slow draining kitchen sink that I could not clear on my own. Tried everything...products, plunging...no luck. Decided to call in the pros. Moses from MRP Plumbing & Rooter Services arrived on time, gave a free estimate, I said “go ahead”. Not an inexpensive fix, but comparable to competitors, and fair, given I was unable to fix on my own. Moses was knowledgeable, friendly, and, most importantly, confident he could clear the drain. He was diligent and thorough. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Rafael came on time, friendly, and went to work immediately, installing 2 toilets purchased from Home Depot. He was done in a very short time with both installations-I think around an hour, and the result was replacement of two very olde toilets for ones that work wonderfully, save water, and look beautiful. An expert in installations, surely, and I would trust him with any plumbing job. Scheduling was great (next day), and was more meaningful in that it was done so close to Christmas. A pipe in our bathroom was leaking and we called Team Plumbing to fix it yesterday. Their tech came out the same day within the provided time window and fixed it in a matter of minutes. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I am beyond pleased with the job done and will certainly return to them if I need any plumbing related help in the future. I have a very old house and H.N. Harris plumbing has done all of my work since 2015. This house had so much deferred maintenance and Javier and his crew have helped us work on various aspects bit by but as we modernize. They have rebuilt or replaced almost all of the fixtures and replaced at least one pump. We will start repipe as soon as I find a tile guy! I have had quite a few plumbers try to bilk me out of thousands of dollars and Javier has always given me a fair price for a lot of work. Above all, he had helped us to keep the old charm of our existing fixtures the keep the character of the house alive. They are my plumbers for life.

We had a badly clogged bath/shower drain. We contacted American Home Shield and Alex took exactly 10 minutes to identify and repair the problem. The plumber AHS initially sent, from a different company, didn't even investigate the cause of the clog, exaggerated and overestimated the repair and suggested ripping out the toilet first ??‍♂️With home warranty companies, it's a roll of the dice who you get, and we'll request Alex at Money Saver Plumbing next time.

Scheduled replacement of Flush Valve - confirmed cost by phone twice. Arrived after the appointment window, claimed to not have the part, claimed that the entire porcelain tank had to be replaced to replace the flush valve (it doesn't), then tried to sell me a completely new toilet for $550. A flush valve is $17.95 and about 1 hr of labor, max. Nice try scam artists - no one should ever use this business.

Absolutely terrible. They didnt show up to an appointment ( that they never called to cancel, I had to call them to see why), when I called they offered no explanation at all. 2 days later they finally show up hours late to the appointment they set. Did nothing and left. When questioned about it I was given nothing but threats and attitude. Yes threats to show up there and handle this like a man. Guess what, men handle the job given to them not back out of their responsibilities and try to thug their way out of guilt. Boycott, contact the bbb, do not spend your money here. Let's as a community put this poor excuse for a black owned business out of business. It's making us look bad.
