The plumming company arrived on time, which was impressive considering I'd only made the appointment the same morning. The Plummer in charge I believe his name Alex came in after getting his equipment out of the truck, and went over the paperwork with me. He took a look at the problem, and presented an estimate that was lower than I was quoted by a other plumming companies I called the night before. Alex was very polite and professional. I didn’t feel like I was being hustling at all. I’ve been in Sales for 20 years and he was NOT salesy at all. He made me feel like he was treating me like family!

Before I gave Alex an answer on his quote he politely told me to feel free call around and see if another company could do the job for less if I felt his price was to high but he was ready to fix my problem as soon a possible. That alone earned him some respect.

Knowing the job would probably cost more if I called around I decided to do business with Alex. After the job was done I notice He cleaned up after himself very well. Before he left he asked me if there was anything else I needed. I did mention my toilet sometimes leaks from the back. He took a look and said there was noticing wrong with my toilet just a bolt wasn’t tighten enough. He did not charge me for the quick fix.

Scotty came and provided a quote promptly in the appointment time window. I let him know I had taken the day off from work and asked if the work could be completed same day. He consulted with his team at the office and they made it all work out. I also asked Scotty a bunch of plumbing questions and he graciously answered all of them. I called back after he left when I noticed a possible leak and he returned promptly. Turns out we also need to replace some other parts unrelated to his work. We had an unusual problem of an odor in a bathroom in an old commercial building. Todd and Seth spent a lot of time troubleshooting and pointed us the probable cause and also suggested that we use a less expensive handyman to do some of the work to identify the cause which turned to be a crack in an ancient cast iron pipe hidden in the wall.

Thank goodness I found Ralph when the pipe burst under my kitchen sink. Water was everywhere. I don't know much about plumbing, but somehow he fixed the pipe in about 40 minutes. Called and he came out in three hours. Reasonable price for such responsive service.

In fact, I'm quite pleased with everything! The plumber was exceptional; he went above and above to deliver an excellent toilet repair. It's useable again, and it works much better than before! It means a lot to me.

It was later in the afternoon and I was having a shower issue. Ninja Plumbers came out and handled it immediately. They were quick, responsible, and very friendly! I will always choose them for my future plumbing issues!

We had a great experience with Major League Plumbing. I reached out to them for new dishwasher and garbage disposal install. Rodrigo had great communication and was able to work within our schedule. Once he got started with the work there were some unforeseen issues with our kitchen plumbing. Rodrigo provided us with solutions to the issues at a reasonable cost which allowed him to properly install our new dishwasher and garbage disposal. Both have been working great since the installation. We have since then recommended Major League Plumbing to our neighbor who also hired them. We have a few more items around the house that require plumbing work and will be reaching out to Major League Plumbing to do the work.

Julio was great. He helped us with a gas leak and did a sewer scope in the same trip.
