I've been relying on Fernando for solving our plumbing problems for three years now and am happy to give him and New Generation 5 stars. He is excellent, thorough and quick to reply. I couldn't recommend him more and feel very lucky to know about him and New Generation. Just last week I gave him a call at 3pm on a Friday about a broken sink and he had a replacement installed and everything running before 5! He and his team are solid guys: very friendly, very considerate and they do really solid work. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

I had a clogged up sink in my bathroom. The sink was disgustingly dirty. Oliver came with a smile and 20 minutes later had fixed the clogging and cleaned the sink, leaving an impeccable bathroom. Oliver made my wife and I very happy.

The plumbers were courteous and professional. I called them to fix a water heater issue yesterday, and they kept their appointment and arrived as scheduled. My technician was able to diagnose and fix the problem very efficiently. He also cleaned up after the job was done! I was very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the staff. We were having a huge emergency our toilet was overflowing flooding the whole downstairs and they responded quickly even though it was after hours on the phone they were professional empathetic and helpful and dealing with a situation before the technician arrived.
They were personable get professional and worked quickly and thoroughly did the job very well.

I have a very old house and H.N. Harris plumbing has done all of my work since 2015. This house had so much deferred maintenance and Javier and his crew have helped us work on various aspects bit by but as we modernize. They have rebuilt or replaced almost all of the fixtures and replaced at least one pump. We will start repipe as soon as I find a tile guy! I have had quite a few plumbers try to bilk me out of thousands of dollars and Javier has always given me a fair price for a lot of work. Above all, he had helped us to keep the old charm of our existing fixtures the keep the character of the house alive. They are my plumbers for life.

Came home to the worst shower clog ever, but the people here at Chavez plumbing are knowledgeable, friendly, and gave honest advice and solutions! Definitely will come back shall I ever need your services again! ?

Tom was great. I needed a plumber to cut in a new tankless water heater descaler, descale the heater, and create a bypass. He also noticed that the pressure valve needed changing, and I was glad to have it done. It took a few days to get someone to come out, but the While world is short-staffed these days.
