He was great! Actually called me because I was working BEFORE schedule to see if I was ok with him coming before my appointment window. When he arrived he was completely professional, friendly and knowledgeable in diagnosing the intermittent noise issues I had with my oven. He even shared other considerations regarding intake and exhaust vents that were not properly installed or sized by previous homeowners. We had Moe out to replace a couple of faucets and a toilet. Bert is the best! He showed up on time and handled the whole job quickly and professionally. Nice guy. It's great to find a plumber you can rely on, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Had a great experience. Scheduled our plumber, they had an availability that was earlier - gave us a call to see if wanted service sooner, which we did. They came sooner than expected unclogged our drain within 15 minutes. Service guy was real nice to you.

INCOMPETENT and UNETHICAL are the two best words to describe my experience with Morganized Plumbing and its owner, Morgan Spiegel.

Morganized cut the water lines to my house without my authorization. Morgan personally admitted to me that he knew what he did was wrong, but justified his actions by saying that the neighbor who asked him to do it was a long-standing client of his, and she didn't like the fact that my water pipes were visible. How crazy is that? It sounds like he is saying that he can be bribed or persuaded to do anything?

Morgan also lied to my tenants about how long the water would be off, by saying that it would only be a short while. However, due to screw-ups by Morgan and his guys, the water was off for the bulk of the day. When the water finally was turned back on, there was so much dirt and mud in the lines that it literally took two hours to flush them out because Morgan's incompetent plumbers also somehow let the debris flow into the water heater.

My tenants had to cancel their plans on a Friday night and stay home, while Morgan removed the debris that he let enter the line. Morgan promised to compensate my tenants for all of the inconveniences he caused, but then refused to honor his agreement.

I would never entrust Morgan and his incompetent guys to work on my house, as he clearly lacks both skill and integrity.

There are much better options for plumbers, so I highly suggest that you save yourself the heartache and disappointment, and go with a different plumber.

I have been using Arie Plumbing from past 2 years. Quick and efficient plumbing service is what they provide. Recently, I got my bathroom remodeling project done by them. Amazingly they have made it within one-day, now our bathroom looks very new! It was really cost effective and the good part I most liked is: they are providing life time warranty, wonderful isn’t it? HOSTILE. This guy is a hothead with bad intentions. We have a problem on our hill . People park there, do drugs, sell drugs, drink in their cars, and illegally dump large items. Concerned parents from the local elementary have asked neighbors to keep a watchful eye. So i see this big creepy looking guy in a stranger danger van chugging a slurpy, just parked for a long time. I call the number on the side of the van to see if its legit. I watch this bully answer my call and start yelling at me. He didnt even wait for me to say a word and he starts ranting off telling me dont call him and to mind my own business. Didnt even give me a chance to explain why i called. Only words i could get in was neighborhood watch. Then he fled. He was parked for 30mins early morning. I doubt he had work around here at 745 on a thursday. HOSTILE. Scary to think people hire him to go inside their homes as a plumber. I see he did the same thing to someone else 8years ago.

Todd and his team are incapable of professional work.

I've called upon this company in the past to redo my main pipe line and they did a wonderful job, I've never had issues with them in the past so I am highly disappointed at the switch in their professionalism. What happened, guys??

The installation of the new kitchen line was not up to code when the inspector came by. This caused a 2 week delay to our project. I am out of the country and our contractors sent photos of the work performed by Todd's team. After seeing the photos I contacted Todd to let him know we may have a problem. Todd didn't believe me, said that everything is up to code. So we waited for the inspector to come by who didn't pass the plumbing.

Todd has been avoiding my text messages, I can't call him.

The inspector asked for his license number to report him to the city, that's how bad job has been done.

The inspector said that a professional plumber couldn't have done this type of work. I was surprised too.

Do not trust this company. Todd is irresponsible like the rest of his team and I am sincerely disappointed to be writing this review. I don't want anyone to experience what we went through, not worth it.
