I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I went with the replacement cause it made sense. Thank you Quest Home Services, I will definitely call you guys again for future needs.

I had a real plumbing emergency. I called Royal Plumber Signal Hill and they were able to send someone right away. The plumber was able to handle the problem with no issues on my end. They were reasonably priced, completed the service in a timely manner, and cleaned up afterwards!

STAY AWAY from this shady unprofessional so called business!!!! Should be called “No Integrity Repipe” If there was the option for zero stars I would’ve chose it.

Everyone has busy lives, I value my time just as much as the next person. We made an appointment with “Integrity Repipe” to come out for an estimate. Our appointment was at 3:30pm and Noel the guy who was supposed to come out to give us a quote did not come. Did not call to cancel or let us know he was running late etc. We had to call their office, and spoke to “Joe.” He made tons of excuses and even stooped so low as to say “well life happens.” Noel did not give us a courtesy call notify us that he was run late and or why he never showed up. Called the office again, and let Joe know we were no longer interested so they would no longer contact us.
About a min later Noel called, and sounded very non -chalant. We let him know we were no longer interested, due to the fact he left us hanging, after making arrangements and missing work. He sarcastically stated “No problem.”

This company is extremely unprofessional have ZERO integrity and can care less about potential customers time.

Contacted Albano's for re-piping work between the water meter and my home. Alan was the one who led the project. His team was very professional and courteous and even helped me out with a few other minor plumbing tasks.

A-1 Performance is the best! Prompt, honest, knowledgeable, and quickly gets the job done. We have sampled several plumbers in the area over many years and we have gotten the best service from them. We found A-1 performance when another plumber would not stand behind their work when a problem appeared a week after installation. Beyond happy with the service I just received from Jose! Toilet clogged this morning and other company said they could be here tomorrow...24 hours later! Totally unacceptable since I only have 1 bathroom. When I called Power Rooter and explained my dilemma she completely understood and said I’d have a plumber quickly. Within 15 minutes, Jose arrived and quickly cleared the clog, and even cleaned hair out of sink drain. He explained everything that he was doing as he went.
