Best Slab Leak in Long Beach CA

Okay, Timothy is a magician. My husband and I have been living in our apartment in Long Beach for almost 2 years with very low water pressure coming from our bathroom and kitchen sinks- especially not fun when doing the dishes. We contacted our manager who contacted a plumber who just couldn't figure it out. This evening, my husband spotted The Green Plumber van with Timothy out front, and asked him if he had time to check out our sinks. Without hesitation, Tim came up, and in under 60 seconds, both sinks were fixed with the water pressure turned WAY up. Highly recommend Tim. Trust me when I say, don't bother calling anyone else. Dion did a great job! He was courteous and was focused on getting the job done. He had to run up and down my steps multiple times. He just kept moving. Clearing my drain was not quite as simple as we thought it might be since it was just a slow drain not clogged completely and he had a hiccup with the stopper, but he resolved all problems!

They provide a great service to the people that rent to me. Used them 4 times. They're always quick. I thought a flashlight came up missing one time assuming it was accidentally taken with their equipment. To which the boss was willing to get me a new one. That's incredible customer service reconciliation even tho I turned down the offer. My wife found the flashlight later so I'm a dork. All in all great people.

We found A-1 performance when another plumber would not stand behind their work when a problem appeared a week after installation. Streamline Repipe did an all copper repipe on a 16 apartment property, with two separate buildings of eight units each. Their estimate seemed good and included the water main from the city meter for both buildings, new main valves and patching all holes they had to make in interior and exterior walls and matching the texture to be paint ready. The other estimates of equal or higher prices did not include any of that. It was a big relief not to have to find a separate contractor for the patching. They also pulled all necessary permits and arranged the inspections with the city.
The work was completed in timely manner and all tenants expressed gratitude for the cleanliness and respectfulness of the workers.
I was very satisfied with the whole process and the results. Very professional!

Beyond happy with the service I just received from Jose! Toilet clogged this morning and other company said they could be here tomorrow...24 hours later! Totally unacceptable since I only have 1 bathroom. When I called Power Rooter and explained my dilemma she completely understood and said I’d have a plumber quickly. Within 15 minutes, Jose arrived and quickly cleared the clog, and even cleaned hair out of sink drain. He explained everything that he was doing as he went.
