Best plumber ever. Wish all service calls were like this!!

Feels like they took advantage, that it was an emergency that we had a burst pipe. The price was way too high. I would have loved to give them more stars and a better rating. But charging almost $900 for less than an hour's worth of work replacing a small piece of copper pipe, and it wasn't even outside of normal business hours.
They did send someone out quick, he did good work and was friendly and professional, but the price makes me never wanting to use them again and want to caution others to look elsewhere.

I called on Sunday expecting to get their voice mail so I could leave a message that I had a clogged drain and wanted to schedule our favorite tech, Rock.
My call was answered by Dottie, whi seems to answer the phone 24/7. I told her my issue and asked to schedule Rock for Monday am. She confirmed that he was available between 8-10 Monday morning.
I received a text from Rock at 9:30 saying he was in his way.
When he arrives he inspected the clogged pipe and had it opened and clear by 10:30.
I can count on Rock and Orange Coast Plumbing to fix my issues.

I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I went with the replacement cause it made sense. Thank you Quest Home Services, I will definitely call you guys again for future needs.

They recently completed a project at our residence, and the outcome is exceptional. Their team demonstrated remarkable service and professionalism as they installed PEX B pipes, effectively replacing our outdated ones. We are incredibly satisfied with their work.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Didn't do work according to code so when the city arrived to do additional work they couldn't. Wasted almost 1000 dollars to have someone else come in and do it right. When we called to inquire about it, Nick said I will talk to my supervisor and call you back. Never called back and now won't return any messages. We've left at least 3 requesting someone call us back. If you want good plumbing, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Complete scam of a business. Paid to have a toy removed, plumber never removed it but got the toilet to flush, now 9months later the toy is once again completely clogging the drain and they are charging much more money to actually remove it this time. When I complained they made up a story about a second toy and called the plumber at my house to tell him to tell my wife and landlord that it was a 2nd toy aswell. They also left my restroom a complete mess and didnt clean a single thing after. Will never use or recommend this garbage company to anyone

A-1 Performance is the best! Prompt, honest, knowledgeable, and quickly gets the job done. We have sampled several plumbers in the area over many years and we have gotten the best service from them. We found A-1 performance when another plumber would not stand behind their work when a problem appeared a week after installation. A-1 Quickly fixed the problem, and we have used them for all our plumbing needs since.

On time , professional and through. I wont be calling any other plumbing company from now on.

I obtained 5 estimates to re pipe a one bedroom apartment unit at
a building I own in La Verne. The bid I received was the best by far.
The job was done in one day and the walls were repaired the second
day. They actually did a few things I had not asked for and did not charge
me extra. I am totally pleased with the work and the price. I would suggest to at least get a bid from these people before using someone
else. The other bids I received were ridiculous. I believe this company
is quite honest and they do good work.

Did a fantastic job, they were very fast and respectful. They fixed the clog in no time. Will be calling them for any future plumbing.

We had a small gas leak on the valve leading into the stove. Jose quickly showed up and identified the problem. He changed out 2 valves, reconnected the hose, and check to make sure there were no leaks. Great service and was Friendly, yet still professional.

We had a gas leak from one of our fireplaces. James came and capped it off for us so we could get our gas turned back on. New valve is still needed, which will be done at a later date. James was fun to work with. He knew his stuff.
