My shower pipe broke for the second time this year over the weekend and needed immediate service, called GM Plumbing and spoke to Phillip who assured me that he was going to send someone right away which he did! The plumber was extremely friendly, professional and very informative my shower was fixed flawlessly, apparently the my previous plumber (who I will no longer be calling) installed it very poorly and the price was very reasonable. As someone who works for customer service I immediately pay attention from the call to the end of the service and this plumbing company met all my expectations. Will definitely be using GM Plumbing as my forever plumber.

Tony’s Plumbing came to my house to check out aspects of the home inspection report as I was getting ready to sell my house. Mark was friendly and personable and checked everything out and found no active leaks in the house. Paul came the next day and added an earthquake shut off valve on my gas line which I did not have. They both were professional and worked carefully and cleaned up after themselves. I would hire Tony’s plumbing again if I were staying in the LA area and not moving. Mike helped us find a leak from the water meter to the water intake into our house. He then replaced the line from the water main . The pice was reasonable, completed in a timely manner and done carfully with repect to our garden. I would definitely call on Mike for further plumbing work.
