Elliot is very professional/detailed oriented and did a excellent job replacing pipes under a kitchen sink. He has highly skills to fix difficult problem not some plumbers don't want to handle. It was very helpful that he checked all pipes if they were in good condition to prevent from future leaking. He explained me how disposal pipes installed incorrectly unlike previous plumber from different company didn't tell me.

I am very happy to have such quality service. Now I know where to call when I have plumbing problems in the future. Thank you so much!!

Beyond happy with the service I just received from Jose! Toilet clogged this morning and other company said they could be here tomorrow...24 hours later! Totally unacceptable since I only have 1 bathroom. When I called Power Rooter and explained my dilemma she completely understood and said I’d have a plumber quickly. Within 15 minutes, Jose arrived and quickly cleared the clog, and even cleaned hair out of sink drain. He explained everything that he was doing as he went. After going around and around with a warranty company over another company that was not responding, AUL was assigned. He is only a one man team but went out of his way to be communicative and answer our questions and concerns as we had water running in the house with no way to shut it off outside of turning the water off to the whole house.
