Best Plumbing Job in Long Beach CA

Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

GM Plumbing Corp. staff is excellent! They communicated clearly and very quickly. Technician Eliot did a great job of installing a new toilet for me. He even replaced the Toilet Flange, which was the main source of trouble. He was very efficient, friendly, professional and impeccably clean!

Long Beach Plumber is by far the best plumbing company I have used ever. They were affordable, fast, on time, and wore those little things around their feet when they entered the house. If I ever need a plumber again I will be using them without a doubt.

Put in a Takagi tankless water heater for me, did a superb job, added water pressure gauge, filter and clean out valves. Very clean install. Nice guys too. Ask for Mark.

Awesome team at Beach Plumbing! From my very first contact with them I have not been disappointed. I had a complete re-pipe and re-drain of my home last year. I had many, many questions on the re-pipe/re-drain. Chad was super helpful in taking the time to answer my questions and any concerns I had. He was honest, provided different options and not once did I feel pressured one way or another and that was very refreshing.

Kody was the lead technician and he was very helpful the entire time. He kept me updated on the progress of the work and answered any questions I had along the way. Kody and all the other technicians wore masks, were always respectful and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure the work was completed on time and even contacted the City when they noticed an issue with the water meter!

Fast forward a year. Last week I had a sewer backup late one evening. I contacted Beach Plumbing and Chad had a technician out first thing the next morning! A day later they were back to do a sewer repair. I was glad to have Kody again on this project! He walked me through the process and kept me abreast of any issues and proposed solutions. When he and the other technician Robert were done, they did a good job cleaning up and you couldn’t even tell they had dug up a 5 foot deep trench in my yard!

Exemplary customer service each time! I will be using Beach Plumbing should another plumbing need arise. I highly recommend Beach Plumbing.

Mark is like a family friend. No he is like my Uncle Ben. He is into doing the job right but he is always looking for ways to add value to the projects he is working on. Wow! Our family plumber is Mark and he work’s for Tony’s Plumbing Inc. Good combination. ^_^

Everybody from Beach Plumbing is professional and courteous. Edwin came out to the house, explained everything that he needed to do and what it would cost. Even when we ran into unexpected trouble along the way (roots growing up from under the foundation,) he was able to adapt and still finish the job quickly and with a high quality bar. Great experience!

I contacted in at 4 pm the day before and was able to schedule someone to come out the next day. Harold was able to repair the flush valve in my toilet in less than 15 minutes and did fantastic work. He not only was able to provide excellent service but he also walked through the house and checked to make sure was working fine. He was informative and detailed in his explanations and made it easy to understand.
